The rates are based on a maximum limit of
5 passengers.  Each additional passenger will be charged $15.

We accept all Major Credit Cards and Traveler's Checks. For our driver's safety, cash is accepted with a valid
driver's license or State ID.

Payment is due when the reservation is made.
 Cancellations will be charged a $25.00 Cancellation Fee.

Your driver will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled  pickup time. If you do not arrive 15 minutes after
your pickup time, you will be charged an additional
$15.00.  (This does not apply to airport arrivals.)

If you are using a coupon, please present it to your driver.





AIRPORT ARRIVALS
ER Express Inc. Monitors your airline arrival and allows 45 minutes between landing and pick-up. If you need
more than 45 minutes you must contact Customer Service at 303.303-0999so that we may contact your
driver.  If there has been no contact from the customer after 45 minutes, reservation will be considered a no
show and will be charged.

MISSED FLIGHTS/DELAYS
For all missed flights or delays, please call Customer Service at (303)340-0999 or (1-888)383-9777
immediately to reschedule. If Customer has not contacted customer upon their missed flight and/or delay
flight, reservation will be considered a no show and will be charged. ER Express is not responsible for
incorrect information provided about the customer's arrival/departure information.

WAIT TIME
Airport arrivals will have a 45 minutes wait. If Customer does not contact customer service, the customer will
be charged and will be considered a no show. Regular, Mountain, and Special Event services are excluded
and will have a 15 minute wait. Anytime after 15 minutes, customers will be charged $15.00 and if the
customer does not contact customer service, the reservation will be considered a no show, and will be
charged full price plus the additional 15 minutes wait.

STOPS
All stops MUST be Pre-arranged through Customer Service at (303)340-0999or (1-888)383-9777. Otherwise,
additional fees WILL apply.

DELAYS
ER Express is not responsible for any delays caused by heavy traffic and/or bad weather.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours prior to pickup time.

  • All Local reservation  Cancellations  will be CHARGED a $25.00  Cancellation Fee.
  • Mountain Service Cancellations will be CHARGED a $75.00  Cancellation Fee.

Cancellations for airport reservations must be made a minimum of 4 hours prior to their pickup time.

Cancellations that have been made within 24 hours and/or 4 hours to their pickup time will receive their down
payment back and will not be charged full price.

NO SHOWS
Will result an immediate full charge. No exceptions.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
May apply at any given time.

PAYMENTS
A payment made by credit card over the phone and/or online is authorizing ER Express Inc. To charge the
price discussed and/or the charge of the service.

Customers will have a options to put a 50% down payment or 100% of full payment for all reservations,
unless the reservation is made within the day the customer calls for a service.

SMOKING POLICY
All our vehicles are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and safety. We do not allow smoking,
fighting, drugs, or weapons in our vehicles. If a client or their guests attempt in any listed prohibited activity,
we reserve the right to terminate the trip immediately and all monies paid will be forfeited. Damage done to
ER Express Inc. Will be a $250 minimum penalty for all clean up, repairs, missing or replacement caused by
you or your guest.

LOST AND FOUND
All lost and found items will be kept with ER Express for 30 days. All items that have not been claimed will be
turned into the Aurora Police Department.

ALL RATES NOT INCLUDE GRATUITY
ER Express Inc respect and protect your privacy. We will not rent, sell or share your personal information
with outside companies for their  promotional use. The information you provide to ER Express Inc will be
used to process your reservation. Occasionally we may contact you with  special offers that may interest
you can
